Mayyyybe now Durant gets fed up and goes to the Sixers? Million to one shot but this is my hope.
What could the Sixers possibly offer Brooklyn in trade for Durant that they'd accept outside of Embiid who they aren't trading?
I would think Durant would be happy staying in Brooklyn if Kyrie succeeds in shooting his way out of town.
    This weekend we rock Portland

I know, we already gave them Ben Simmons   Speaking of Ben is he hurt or something? I don't think he's played since the Sixers beat them.

He played in the next game but he got smacked in the face and refused to return to the game and used knee soreness as the excuse. There's a funny video of Jacques Vaughn rolling his eyes when talking to reporters about it.

Man...just a couple years ago at this time we had both him and Carson Wentz still in this town. Things appeared bleak. Crazy how things have changed.

Real, real bad. Not happy with the way Ala on the broadcast downplayed the whole thing either. These are the times when the homer broadcast has to lay into the team. Especially the coach. Ohhh the fucking coach.

And leaving Maxey to play with it. I understand wanting Tyrese to play some kind of 6th man role, but c'mon, the point should be to have 2 of your 3 stars on the court for most of the game.

I will never not bring up that he is/was the largest reason they lost to the Hawks.

I will say that the Maxey plus all bench has been working if they're making their shots...but if they're not, like last night, Glen just sits on his hands and does nothing. You gotta adjust to how the game is unfolding and he's obviously not good at that .

Ha...I just checked the +/-. Every Sixer starter was a plus, every bench guy was a minus. Knicks were the exact opposite.

Very frustrating. Getting that #1 seed is the key to winning the Eastern Conference.

Actually sounds like they could end up adding something significant at the deadline with him included, though, for salary purposes.

I think I would too. I didn't know much about him until hearing about him as a possibility. Like the fact that he's not afraid to stretch the floor a bit and attempt a couple 3's a game. Don't think we've had much of that from an Embiid backup...

    No Marcus Smart
    No Al Horford
    No Robert Williams
Jaylen Brown knocked out in 2nd quarter.
And you guys thought that loss to Orlando was embarrassing.

We followed up being the hottest team in the league for a while with 3 of the worst losses of the year in the span of one week.

    Not great.

Yeah that wasn’t too great. Hopefully it’s just a hiccup in the road

    Ha.
    Guess not.
Not for my Celtics either (I never believed what Stephen A. Smith was peddling earlier this week anyway, think it was a smoke screen to drive up the price from Phoenix and force them to include Bridges)

Matisse Thybuile to Portland in part of a 3 way deal also involving The Hornets. We get Jalen McDaniels.

I think his brother is better.

Thybulle was worthless on offense and I felt like he tried too hard for steals and made a lot of stupid fouls. His stock really fell in my eyes over the last year or so. Just needed to become a better three point shooter and he would've been so valuable.

This is all to clear space to make another move, right......right???

But also addition by subtraction with KD out of the way.
