  • Is the only difference, musically, from the deluxe box set that came out at the time (the green vinyl I believe), is this set has demos? Not remastered or anything? If anyone can confirm, I’m not sure I’ll drop $60 on this.
  • Why would that album need a remaster?

  • Listening to the latest album… I have a hard time connecting to the songs. It is growing on me… maybe I should buy the vinyl for 20 dollars and hope that it keeps growing.

But it’s been a few albums since MMJ lost me

The new songs sound awesome on the Live 2 set. Went back and listened to self-titled again and liked it a bit more than I did initially. Also, the live set Jim James did and that they released for RSD this year makes me appreciate the new record more as well.

BC was just a bit slow. So good. I really wish they followed through with the Muppet tour.

Some really great songs and some just kinda bland to me.
