Sorry but what’s obf? I’ve tried to figure this out. Last year they just had a link to vip tickets next to the link the proletariat use.

One Big Family. It's their new attempt at getting their fans to be social.

Greek Theater! Done. And also New Haven.  Bummer no travel packages. Red Rocks last year was amazing and a great deal.
What a bummer! I really want to do CT I’ll keep an eye on secondary market to see what prices pop up! I’m hospital recovering from surgery I couldn’t try as I was in hospital

Hey Jose, my bud is the family. Hope to see you there! Hope you are ok and it is nothing serious. You will have no problem getting tickets.

Shamefully I'm a relative MMJ newb.  I don't know how I missed out on this band for so long, but been listening to more and more the last year or so and I can't get enough now.  Doesn't look like many shows in Canada last several tours - any reason to think they might come to Canada anytime soon?

Welcome to the club. I got into them about 10 years ago - also a latecomer. Wait 'til you see 'em live!

This. I happen to think Circuital is the best studio record, but none of the studio stuff compares to live MMJ. The waterfall records are also good. I am not huge fan of the earlier records simply because I do not love the production.  It took me a few years to get into this band, and I skipped them when they opened for Pearl Jam.  But once it clicked I cannot miss them and will travel to see them. There is actually a youtube video of me getting into Phone Went West in Chicago. Rocking in the aisles.

Listening to live shows is the way to go. If you do decide to go with getting familiar with albums I would start with Z, It Still Moves, Circuital, then Evil Urges. My personal favs are actually the exact reverse of that.

Then give the new album a go, then the waterfall followed by pre-It Still Moves material.

This is a recent ish show that is great

Their entire studio catalog is amazing. I love the production on the earlier records. It has a very organic vibe to me. The updated It Still Moves just fucking rules. My favorite record by them.

Agree with everyone else on the live aspect. Okonokos is a great place to start.
