    I'd suspect that nonsense about Holmes being unavailable comes from the nerds, who try to preplan things, which often doesn't work out. Just ask the Mariners about that from Game 1 when they used Robbie Ray to close it out and failed.

    Was kinda indifferent on this game considering this team isn't making a real run at it, but after Cole comes to the park today asking to pitch, I'm all the way back in. Let's Go!

    Cole deserves a ton of credit for what he did in the ALDS, he was gritty in the first three innings of Game 1 when he was at 62 pitches before dominating the final innings and then was tremendous in Game 4.

    He has his at bats now since coming back from injury. Judge started the playoffs the same. He hasn't hit as much yet. The Yankees rely on the hr. So Carpenter will get another shot
