    Wow!  Pretty cool the note came full circle.  Is the note an original or a photo copy?

    Clearly beyond reproach.  Just asking because it said the word copy in his original post.  Amazing item nonetheless.

    Interesting how this is priced $100 less then the sealed Benny just listed. Both sought-after items for sure, but there aren't 2000 of these floating around,  good luck with your sale Paul.

    Yeah I think these have to be worth more these days but Im genuinely most concerned to see these things get to good homes and just be fair with people. Its important to recognise that by selling here we also save fees that the auction site charge, and I just prefer to keep things in this community where possible.

    Absolutely, I used the word copy as a safeguard as I tended to think this note may have gone out in a few directions. This thing is clearly aged but I have no idea about it really. It looks to have been copied but I just do not know by who or when but it is as I received it some time ago.

    Congrats Paul, someone got a real bargain on this, especially with the note and confirmation of the rep who wrote it. Just thinking this was promotional for Ten, after that the rest is history,  over 30 years old. This could have sold upwards of $3500, congrats also to the buyer, this is huge, this should be compared to a Blackie, Atlanta 2000, you catch my drift.

    I personally believe there aren't as many collectors looking for this as you would think.  The crazies have it already then the 2nd tier crazies might want it, me, lol.

    Always love these threads! So fun seeing the rarities that are out there. I've seen a RR or two change hands before but not with a note from a label rep included. That's so cool!!

    It’s an amazing piece of PJ history and the note really gives it context.  Congrats to the buyer too… really cool item!
