Hey, have we met last week? Were you on the bus to Munich?
I think whoever thinks Katowice was better than Wembley needs to
go see a doctor.Sorry, you have a right to say what you want, but
theres no question about it this time.
i wasnt on the bus to munich im afraid, and mole defo does need a doctor but his problems seem to lie a lot deeper than just his katowice better than wembley shenanigans!!!
kidding of course mole!
or am i?Black, the greatest without a doubt........0 -

Wembley beats Poland in a second. And Vienna. Munich for me was wow, but Wembley blew me away!
Katowice was an odd gig.
I was only in Chorzów but comparing setlists it was 10x better than Vienna. We could discuss bout Munich. Agree that London set was better.
Still there are a lot of things deciding bout quality of the show.
This concert was great, very enthusiastic crowd, the show was very energetic, Eddie seemed to be more hmmm Alive? Even thou it was short and there were only a few rare songs it was really outstading.
I only saw London show on youtube and for all I've seen but I'd prefer Chorzów...
It would be great to see London setlist with Chorzów climate
PS. Thanks, 4 the ticket Sid"How much difference does it make? Fuckin' tell them!" Eddie, Chorzów 13/06/20070 -

London setlist with Chorzow climate??? That crowd would prolly have to be either crazy or not PJ fans...I mean, come on...I was at all shows mentioned above.

Heh, it wasn't easy. Carlos was not wearing Olive shirt as you have mentioned
I was lucky to hear that other Mexican guy talking something bout Munich bus. Asked him bout Carlos & the problem was solved
I still remember standing in front of 10c window and shouting Caaaarloss... Some people joined me.. It was funHehe

Hmmm...well maybe I comprehend what you're saying.
London had a longer setlist, a full-house fans, some pearls in the show
but I have to admit that Katowice was a little special BECAUSE its imperfection.
Still didn't understand the reason of this mid-failure (lol) but the sensation it is that it was a real event.
And the setlist was very very aggressive (more than london)Verona 93 - Milan 96 - Barcelona 96 - Verona 00 - Milan 00 - Turin 06 - Berlin 06 - Lisbon 07 - Madrid 07 - Katowice 07 - London 07 - Werchter 070 -
short but sweet, cracking set list. crowd was rough, but i won't go on about it, as everybody else has, i just moved back 15 metres and enjoyed the show.
Also i was interviewed by polish TV before the show, the aussie flag is getting me places this tour. before the venice storm, i was photographed for an italian newspaper2003 - Sydney x3,2006 - Reading Festival,2007 - Katowice, London, Nijmegen, Rock Werchter,2008 - MSG x2, Hartford, Mansfield x2, Beacon Theater,2009 - Melbourne, Sydney,2010 - I watched it go to fire!2011 - EV Brisbane x3, Newcastle, Sydney x3,2012 - Manchester x 2, Amsterdam x2, Prague, Berlin x2, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen,2014 - Sydney, EV Sydney x3
I wave to all my Friends... Yeah!0 -

I always felt that the band doesn't feel too comfortable playing for a hardcore fans. Wembley vs. Chorzow is like playing for a old friends vs. playing for a huge, hungry for music, unpredictable crowd. Different kind of emotions.
Also, the expectations before the Wembley gig raised so high... and after all Pearl Jam didn't play a really rare song. So I was not surprised when someone told me that from three 2007 shows he have been to (Munich, Chorzow, London) the worst one was Wembley.
Of course it's all about personal preferences/feelings/experiences. It's hard to me to compare the shows I've been too... Lisbon 2006 was great, Katowice 2000 was great, but which one was better? Can't tell. For sure I would not say that someone have to go to a doctor if he doesn't agree about the show :P0 -

Little messups Ed did were just the proof of how relaxed and pleased they were to be there... Ahhhh"I surfaced and all of my being was enlightened"0 -
Hello Everybody!
Magdyl! You've got gorgeus pictures. Unfortunatelly I had to go out from the crowd, because I was almost killed by the teens. So I couldn't make pictures, just one video, but it isn't very good, there is one voice i can here while I'm watching it, it is mine;).
(sorry, my english is bad)0
