    Love the turtle!
Wow!  All those snakes!  I've seen lots of snakes over the years but never in a group like that!

    I like turtles.

Yeah, the snakes were a total surprise. Ive never seen them grouped up like that either. I have seen them sitting up in the bushes by themselves like in the first picture. Water snakes enjoying the hot sun. So gross! Not a big fan, lol.

    Turtles are rad!
I'm not familiar with that snake.  Are the venomous?  Funny- at first glance they look like a pile of worms.

Not really familiar either. Just a common water snake, I don’t think they are venomous.

Bunnies, birds, sneks, and turtles oh my!
    what a beastly bounty.

Watched momma raccoon move her three kits last night.  Pics aren’t great as the dogs were losing their shit as she went by.

They're not a native species here, some escaped from private estates and they've established themselves.  Originally they are from India/Pakistan, they're really small but incredible jumpers, can clear a 5/6 foot fence easily.

I was flyin’ down the bike path yesterday and just ‘bout ran over a Blue Racer snake slithering across. Was able to stop and snap a pic before it disappeared. Kinda rare to see. This is prolly only 2nd/3rd time I’ve seen one. They are non-venomous. Not the best pic but I wasn’t tryna get any closer!

Rain in July!  Haven't seen that since the two years I live in western New York State in the 70's.

Nice!  A bit humid, but at 75, sounds doable.
We topped 100 today with hazy air from fires north and south of here, but surprisingly no smell of smoke and air quality in the "good" range.  Thankful for that.
