    Um, you can curve the bill yourself? Straight bill hats are how they've been sold for at least 50 years. Go to a baseball stadium and buy a hat. Most, if not all of them will have a straight bill. 
    There's a big difference between curving a flat bill hat and hats that are designed with curved bills. Ex:

    Agreed. And you absolutely cannot curve it yourself without it looking all stiff and ridiculous.

    You're probably right. The last shows I really followed the posters were the Fenway shows. I'm just kinda bored, and want to see the posters. :)

    You can do it, but the fit and look will be off, even if you can curve it evenly.
