This doesn't entirely surprise me. I'm not sure that concerts are currently at peak concert demand. I think a large portion of the population is still a bit nervous when it comes to large gatherings. Plus PJ being a band that attracts touring fans, I imagine traveling is a concern for many people too.
This sort of reminds me of the Vancouver show in 2013 tour where the demand was so low they did a 2nd draw for fan club tickets. I think a few other shows had secondary draws too. I remember because I put Vancouver as my first choice and Seattle as my 2nd, when in hindsight I should of done it the other way around

So we’re thinking no Oakland draws today?0

Well, it's not hard to believe if they've only started drawing 2 cities-- it doesn't matter if it's your 9th choice when it's the 2nd city they start drawing.LaFleur said:

Just got confirmation for Sacramento. It was #2
I also find it odd they are doing the lottery already, the deadline to request a refund wasn’t until tonight. So a lot of the refunded 10c tickets aren’t going back into the lottery then.0 -

For new shows it makes sense. They can hold existing shows for tomorrow or latermace1229 said:Just got confirmation for Sacramento. It was #2

Just means demand was low for Fresno, and that anyone who listed it as their 1st-8th choice should get tickets.LaFleur said:

Only put in for GA Sacramento as I already have tickets for the 2 Oakland shows with pretty good reserved. Wanted to have GA for one show if possible. Hit the Sacto GA. Excited, but not really surprised. I'd have skipped Sacramento completely if I didn't get GA.10/1/94, 6/22/95, 6/24/95, 9/16/96, 7/22/98, 10/21/01, 6/1/03, 10/25/03, 10/26/03, 9/1/05, 7/15/06, 7/18/06, 8/28/09, 10/07/09, 10/3/12, 11/26/13, 6/18/18, 8/10/18, 5/12/22, 5/13/22, 5/13/24, 5/25/240

Looks like they're going show by show. So I'm guessing ANY 10c member who has Fresno requests in got it.1998: Vancouver 7/19

It doesn't matter how many cities they've drawn, though, right? It's not like if you get your 1st priority, that's it. What matters is how many other people list this show as a higher priority than you. Clearly, these shows weren't super popular, or PJ has a ton of tickets for the 10 Club, which, given that there's no General Public sale for these shows, could the 10 Club just have a TON of tickets?
