    Trying to cancel my order from some dutch site... haven't delivered... ordered in July.

    They don't respond... and hasn't shipped any

    We’ll see if they actually refund our money or that becomes a separate battle. Easy to say they will, but why  30 days? Their word doesn’t mean much this this point. I definitely will stop n” never shop with them again.

    Did everyone get their refund from stop n shop? Mine was pending and it's gone now.

    I don't think we will end up getting the refund. On 2/14 I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled and was getting a refund in 9-14 business days. I still haven't received it as of Sunday. Last week someone posted on Facebook that the shop had permanently closed and their Facebook page was gone. I checked and they were right. The website is still up, but on Google search it shows permanently closed. We can file a complaint with the BBB, but I don't know what they would be able to do.

    Do do these things actually exist? Impossible to get in Australia. Never released.

    Have you looked lately? I think they were just released in AU and NZ, got mine last week.
