Trying to get a refund but I’m getting nowhere with Stop N Shop.   I’ve emailed them 3 times over the last two weeks to no response.    I’ve left them messages on Facebook -  again to no response.    Seriously one of the poorest customer experiences I’ve ever had.    Going to initiate a chargeback via my bank.   The ‘I don’t have anyone answering emails’ excuse doesn’t wash.  Get someone?   Dedicate an extra hour a day to clearing out the backlog?   Just a ridiculous excuse that shouldn’t be any of my concern…..

I think someone posted earlier that you need to call the store directly for a refund.

I called Sunday 1/9 to ask for a refund. I am still waiting. I sent a follow up Facebook message and email Tuesday asking for an update on my refund, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Their number if you want to call them is (402) 805-4585.

Thanks.  I’m in the UK so this is far from ideal.   If they can process me over the phone, they can read an email with my order details and process my refund from that.   It’ll take them the same amount of time.   Pretty inexcusable.

I have never had this much trouble communicating with a company.

Took them 3-4 days to process mine after talking with her but they did process it.

I sent them an email and Facebook message this afternoon telling them if I don't receive my refund by Thursday, I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Maybe that will cause them process my request.

Still ISO the original variant... There's a German seller on Amazon UK with 97% positive lifetime, but it's going to cost me £93 incl. shipping. Should I go for it?
P.S: My HMV order still says "coming soon".

Good luck!   So it looks like the refund has actually come from my bank preemptively, with the expectation that Stop N Shop will then refund them following their investigation.

I’ve just put an order in with HMV too.   They’re at least reputable and should have a few more supply chain options to actually source these for us.   That’s my logic anyway…..

I'm sure they are still coming. A number of reputable shops here in NZ are still advertising them as pre-order, releasing at the end of the month. They'll come out eventually I think.
