But emojis? Really? For grownups? Are we to reduce our complicated and interesting interior lives to nasty little smiley faces and erect vegetables? (Aubergines, if you are asking.) Is this actual communication? Take it to your mindfulness class. Sad face emoji.

They're fine if not overused...same thing as memes, no?

Anyway, more consequential shit for me (most?) to worry about than that.

I think smileys are okey :) I mean, they have been used in communication since forever.

I don't see the need for a bunch of pointless emojis (like the aubergine).

For the love of all that is good and right in the world, the emojis are fucked up again.

    :weary:

    :confounded:

I should have been nicer about my report.  Let me try that again.  Could someone please give us back our emoji and not the generic phone emoji that are coming up?  While you are at it, if you would like to return popcorn guy, we would love that.  Thank you very much.

Not a fan of the new emojies.  They seem to degrade with each change!

    agree
What happened to the old ones?
    shake
I see.  So, how badly do you hate the new ones?

    Whoa, that bad huh?

Maybe with time you'll get to like them more.

I gotta admit, you're probably right.  Maybe we outta just head over to the lounge and chill, try to forget about the whole mess.
