    My store in NZ updated to 28/02, looks like they just push it out a month each time.

    I called asking for a refund 1/9 and nothing. Tried emailing and Facebook messages and no response. I am going to try calling again today, but at this point I will be filing a dispute with my bank if I don't a straight answer about my refund.

    I got an email today From Stop N Shop telling me that my order had been cancelled and that I would be receiving my refund in 9-14 business days.  I originally called the store 35 days ago requesting the refund. I also ended up sending a couple of emails and Facebook messages, but never got a response to them. Glad I am finally getting my refund, but still ticked at the shitty communication and business practices of the store.

    NEVER! More than a few times during all this I wished I lived fairly close to the store so that I could make my displeasure known in person.

    Could be. They seem to have given up on their other pre orders that were outstanding as well. Reading Facebook comments from their posts, they held a lot of people’s money waiting for other preorders in the past year or two.
