    TicketsToday is the same company which helps facilitate Phish's   PTBM (Phish Tickets By Mail) lotteries in the past 12 years.   From my experience the soonest they've ever starting notifying of holds is late in the afternoon of the second day of the 3 day window (Which is today).   Most often times the holds/notifications start occurring late morning of the final day.   So given my experience,  I would bet on tomorrow morning.

    I wouldn't give up - they are probably doing one show at a time.  If they get to show #3 and you haven't heard about show #2 then I would lose confidence.
