    I have some Habaneros growing and also some other Hot Peppers. Very excited.

    my ghosties are back, plus cayenne, pepperoncini, cubanelles, and regular peppers all but the cubanelle seem to be doing well.

    I ate an entire habanero once. One chomp and oh man did that hurt!! :lol:
    Never tried ghosts. They have them at the local grocery store...might have to give them a try!

    Im going to see how my crops go this season. I have tomatoes and cherry tomatoes as well. Next year, I would be interested in possibly growing ghost peppers.

    Do you know of any in particular that are OK in the Northeast?

    Anyone dried the peppers outside or is it just best to buy a dehydrator?

    Just got my hands on about half a dozen ghost peppers. What should I do with them? Chili? Hot sauce? Both?

    if dried chili with all of them and make it a big pot, if fresh use like 3. Then dry the other 3 and crush them and mix them with some milder peppers to sprinkle on pizza, in olive oil for dipping, etc.

    They are fresh. I'll do a big pot of chili and dry the others. Have a bunch of cayenne and tobasco peppers that I grew that will mix in nicely.

    Bud gave me 5. Made a peach jam with 2. Will let it sit for a while and can't wait to try it. 
    I never messed with super hot peps before. Didn't even touch them.

    You put 2 of those bad boys in one jar?  Or a batch?
    My only experience, years ago, was that they are very hot...have had many sauces since that are watered down versions (also very hot) but that original sauce was the real deal and I had some intestinal problems for about 24 hours.
    Even my ass cheeks were on fire from the voiding.

    Noooo. I'll be careful. One in each medium jar. I know it might be dangerous 'butt' figured the sugar and peaches may balance it. 
    May eat it a toothpick at a time.

    This restaurant is in my neighborhood. I once asked to just have a little taste of the sauce in a bowl. I tried enough to fit on the end of a toothpick. It was enough. I was in there once where someone ordered it, and he disappeared into the bathroom quite quickly. His girlfriend told us they were flying to London the next day. I can only imagine what that plane ride was like.
