He dropped out last week. Sounded like Delta concerns.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

Just got back from the beach.  Ed played some sort of private show from 8-9:30.  Looked to be with Glen H, Chad Smith and some others who I did not recognize.  Sounded great.   Did a reworked version Corduroy and new tag on Better Man.  Played Should I stay or should I Go.   Olivia came up and sang her new song My Father's Daughter and after that Ed brought up Harper and everyone sang happy birthday.  Ended the show with James Cordon doing Purple Rain.    Looked to be about 200 people in there at most.  About 50 of the Faithful were outside the fence watching though.  A great start to what looks like a great weekend

I think this is the first time Ed is singing 4 consecutive nights since September 9, 10, 11, 12, 1992.

Anyone want a free weekend shuttle pass?  I live up the street from Doho, so I'll be riding my bike to the shows.

The Ohana app now shows Ed starting tonight at 9:30 after MMJ finishes at 9:15. I thought it said Ed started at 10 yesterday? Maybe he will play a more full set?

My guess is we get a show/set similar to last night.

Good chance you’re correct.  Last nights show was titled as a “rehearsal” so it’s a good bet it’s very similar.

  • To anyone who has attended in previous years, how early do you need to line up and secure a spot in front of the Ohana stage if you hope to be within 50 - 100 yards for the day's headliners?

you wont have a problem getting that close if you are in by say 3 or 4 oclock

I can see rain moving through nearby (I'm in San Diego). It looks like just random showers, but this is not typical for this time of year. Then again, our weather this year has been weird.

Edit to add: "microclimates" are a thing here, so don't read too much into my post, LOL. But the forecast does call for more than the usual 5% chance of rain.

Bit of confusion as we are being told the merch line and the festival entry line are the same.

Now that people are arriving, how much is a taxi or Uber or Lyft from SNA to Dana Point?

$47. The app lets you change the departure point so you should be able to scope it in the app.
