Is the cd not available? Thought I saw it on Amazon?
I purchased one copy of Bayleaf many years ago (I don't remember from where), and that's definitely not the original packaging.
I think I remember seeing it once saying "burn to order" CD-R but I'm not sure if I'm remembering right. Seems crappy and put me off buying it (I actually need a copy too).

Thanks for the reminder, haven't listened to this in ages. I bought it when it first came out. Hellbent is my favorite track. I didn't take to Moonlander as much as this one.
