^^^Is that cabbage? We've got a dude in town who throws brussels sprouts on one of his "craft" pizzas, and it's actually pretty damn good.

    Artichoke

Standard topping on the Pizza de facto all pizzerias over here have on the menu named "Vegetariana"

Gotcha. I've never eaten an artichoke. Too much work.

But as a pizza topping, most of the work has been done.

That would be a good way for me to finally try artichoke.

haha. I have never had anything to do with an "artichoke" and had to google translate the swedish name to get the English name for it.

But have been eating it on pizza for as long as I have been a vegetarian, because of the pizza named "Vegetariana" shown above.

We buy artichokes in those really large jars you see at the Italian delis.   We use them quite a bit and I make "artichoke toast" at least twice a week for lunch.  Think bruschetta but with an artichoke "salad" instead of the tomato mix. Artichokes, roasted peppers, olives and arugula mixed together and served on toasted italian bread.

    That does look great 👍
    Want a piece!

Hotel is next door to a pizza place.
Not too bad, meant to be a napolentana and not great as that representation...dont think they should call it that.  But, as a thin crust pizza it is pretty good.

That looks really good. I only buy that kind of pizza by the slice since I really only like the corner pieces. The crust is my favorite. I can’t understand those who leave over the crust.
