    My vault arrived in great condition in Toronto a few weeks back.  I still wanted to add my two cents though. 

    Folks here eluded to the fact people were being whiny babies and there must be SOME reason why 10C didn't get replacements AND can't disclose why. I'm sure that's true, but it's not for SOME reason.  It's because whoever runs this operation decided to knowingly skip out on the best practices they have been adhering to for at least two decades.  

    Like seriously, how can ANYONE be defending this choice? This is not the 10C first rodeo when it comes to vinyl. It also seems the 10C management determined that simply not ordering extra pressings wasn't quite stupid enough on its own, o why not ship the ones we do get in trash? 

    An entire comedy of errors that isn't funny when so many people are going to end up without the product they ordered a year ago in a condition they want it.

    l thought it was the same mix. Didn’t pay attention who did the mixing in 2014. My mistake.
    But at this point, I’m assuming if they haven’t released it then there are no plans to.

    I think Santos said some time ago once all the Vault 10 vinyl ship out from the warehouse they will put up the digital downloads and CD in the 10club store.

    Same for me here as of today.  Also in SF.  I am in the process of moving and this is totally going to be returned to sender if it ever even ships.

    Someone finally got in touch with me from 10C and mine is lost in transit and there’s no overrun to address issues like this which freaking blows. If anyone can sell me a copy for non-scalper price, I’d really appreciate it.

    I have the same message showing and still awaiting the vinyl.  Ten Club must be dealing with a few of these.

    I got the same response.  I have submitted a lost mail request to US postal service to see if they can do anything.  I've never had a problem with UPS tracking and shipping before. I'm being told that UPS pass it onto the postal service for delivery. Seems weird that Ten Club haven't used the full UPS service and ensured delivery of these items. Considering we paid $16.90 for shipping, I would have thought it was fully tracked?   C'mon Ten Club you can do better than this for the fans.

    Im in the same situation...10C says it has shipped, tracking information say "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" like it was never actually picked up. Reached out to 10C and they basically told me the same, offered me vault 8 or 9 or a refund. What a fucking shit show...this is not cool.

    Is there any kind soul out there that picked up two of these and would like to trade for vault 8 or vault 9??

    Odd and sorry.  My uneducated guess is the raw goods to make records is low so they had to order the exact amount this time?

    Sorry I dont get this, would it not be up to the customer to order how many they want and request more than they actually need which would then be the exact amount the pressing plant needs to supply. Or do the plants automatically provide extra. Sounds more like a mess up.

    Also imagine 10,987 10c members ordered, find it hard to believe that someone stopped the presses at that exact number.

    I learnt last year after mine was damaged to order 2. With the postage debacle in the EU there was always going to be loads of ISO.

    The fact that there’s no overrun to address these issues is insane. Same with the shipping service they used and charged us $17 for. Now I’ll have to pay scalper prices or just have a gap in my vaults.

    Yup, and skimping on premium packing (as was done with previous vaults to ensure zero damage) makes the situation worse. I got lucky that mine was fine, but lots of fans did not.
