    That's a lot a lettuce! I had a chef tell me you can make it into a cold soup. Didn't sound good. After I harvest. I rinse it, pull off each leaf rinsing, put in a big bowl of water, lift each leaf out of water leaving all the dirt there. Store it with a wet paper towel on bottom and top. It lasts pretty long. 7 plus days.
    But yes I have lots too. Great time of year.

    Wow. Looks great. Great job on those mushrooms with tomatoes. Are they wild harvested? I only can identify one wild edible mushroom. morels. You have to hunt hard for them. Haven't looked lately. Where's the lettuce?

    I ate them with olive oil, lemon and salt..Rob I can't describe the taste, my English are poor.. delicious!!

    Like stepping on fire! I jumped out of the water and tiny spots on my foot in a circle. It only hurt for a few minutes but shocking.
