in 1991, when I saw Grand Canyon originally I loved it, but I would have loved it more and I probably would have related more, if I had seen it in for the 1st time in 2001 or 2011.hedonist said:
That’s one of my favorites, as is Glover’s initial scene. That one hit home big.ikiT said:Grand Canyon Post edited by ikiT onBristow 05132010 to Amsterdam 2 061320180 Post edited by ikiT onBristow 05132010 to Amsterdam 2 061320180

Living in LA, what happened was no surprise. Glover’s interaction with the assholes spoke for so many.ikiT said:

We watched some of that last night. I say “some”, because after an hour and a half, we thought, “Still another HOUR?” and abandoned iteeriepadave said:Army of the DeadNot too bad. It was a fun(ish) watch but not two and a half hours’ worth.0

That is what stopped me from pressing play. It looks like it could be entertaining but that seemed a bit long.

Going through the Aliens franchise and took a turn to Predator because we'll eventually get to AVP and haven't seen in 25(?) years. There's a reason I only remembered the last 40 minutes or so - really slow.0
