    In many ways it increases the enjoyment of viewing.

    The Godfather of Harlem is crazy good and I cannot wait each week to watch...watching that w/o my wife so can watch whenever.
    For Mare I need to wait until she has time to watch with me so it can be a bit longer....but having time to let them simmer and think about the options is fun.  [As much as I also enjoy watching 8 episodes in a week or two.]
    Yeah, man, it's good because none of us have the restraint not to binge lol.

    It's good to space it out, leave ya hanging, and discuss with others all at the same point.

    Never heard of the show above - what is that on?

    Haha, my wife feels betrayed if I go forward watching anything without her. Might as well get a divorce when it happens.
    Different story here. My wife generally doesn't like good tv but is a fan of Mare....but can barely stay up past 10. So I always watch it on Sunday night then give it the ol' rewatch a day or two later with the wife. Always catch a thing or two I missed on the 2nd viewing

    That is what I did with Thrones.  I wasn't waiting on that and my wife usually would not stay up, so I was good to watch with her as soon as she wanted.

    Lolllllzzz. I actually thought the Sea Isle shirt Jean Smart was wearing was highly inappropriate. Me and the wife we're talking more about that than the highly emotional and intense scene between mother and daughter.

    Oh, yeah, everything about this episode - lots of heart string pulling. Also, Mare walking up the ladder to grab his legs; scene with the daughter. Kate Winslet is not an overrated actor.

    Oh, snap.  Pretty much what you guys mentioned.  Wife and I both were about to puke in the bathroom scene.  
    I've not been a big Winslet fan before this but sure as heck am now. 
    Still a few loose ends to tie up next week.  

    (My wife scoffed the Ocean City sweatshirt and said "More like Wildwood" lol.)

    John's the father right? I think he's manipulating Billy into thinking he did something he didn't do, or didn't do by himself. Gotta be John's gun in the tackle box right?

    I just think the show's done a great job of keeping you guessing. I'm still perplexed as to how the brothers and Dylan and those kids are connected, if at all. 

    Just hand Winslet the emmy already. I still the accent is overblown a tad, but she's been fucking fantastic overall.

    Yeah, we guessed that way as soon as the old man revealed he saw Billy cleaning up the bloody clothes and John was confronting him....John is the dad and we think he killed her, at the very least he got Billy to do it for him.  He planned to kill Billy while fishing/at the cabin and somehow use what he shared with his wife as a back up for his blaming Billy for everything.
    If it was a mistake perhaps Billy did it in error when he was somehow involved with her and John arguing over the kid's ears or whatever.  (I like your mistaken shooting theory, JP)
    Billy is taking one for the team since he is a loser and John, while also a total loser, has a family that Billy loves.  Now that he knows John plans to off him we will have to see what happens.

    Yeah like John was guilting him into confessing since he was the one with the family and all. I agree. Wonder if he was taping him when he was making him say it out loud too.

    But that doesn't quite explain how Dylan and his friend and Erin's friend were involved though. Unless Dylan knew all along it wasn't his kid? Or maybe he found out he wasn't the father that night and a little scuffle broke out which somehow lead to Erin's death...I wish the finale was two hours. lol

    Whatever but we do not think it was Billy - the one consistent thing is the prime suspect has changed basically every episode.

    Yeah Juggs and baseball is painful to watch with all the K's, and this team can't even catch the ball right.  And like 2 good pitchers I guess and another one who is good sometimes.

    What are we gonna talk about when this show is over? Maybe I'll disappear again...  =)
