I've never heard yet often wondered about this Miles record.  If I might ask, how would you rate this one and does it compare to any of his other work?

Well, true, Miles did run the voodoo up, down, and all around.  But I'm thinking, hmmm, recorded in '61, not long after those trail blazing late 50's LPs, but before a little while later in the mid 60's with that fabulous Shorter/Hancock/Williams/Carter band.  Guess I'm just gonna have to track me down a copy.  Hey, it's Miles.  Can't go wrong.

I'm not a big Simply Vinyl fan (good pressing quality and not so good sound quality), but it was as affordable way to get this one.
