    F2F is pretty straight forward as far as I can tell on PC. I just checked my F2F GA tickets I got for QC on my PC and after I clicked on see details there is an option to request refund. Try this method instead if you are using mobile. If they are in fact 10C tickets follow the ticketstoday email from Mar10th. 


    I’ll go back and try again. TM site chat rep said I had to contact original seller, whom I have no clue who it is.

    I'm gonna be looking for Baltimore 4 together (ya right) or 2 more when this opens back up. I was able to stay away from the madness before, but now it looks like I'll be in it with all of you :)
    Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

    I had tickets for STL and OKC, kept STL but got a refund for OKC. Once this all starts up again, I will be trying to get tickets for Nashville for sure and possibly Denver. My daughter lives in Colorado Springs, so I can catch a PJ concert and see my grand daughters. Win Win!!  If Baltimore does see people turning in their tickets, I might try to talk my wife into it.

    I have two ten club seats I want to keep, and those I can ask for a refund on. It’s the ones I bought on F2F that seem to be in no mans land.  And TM isn’t answering their phone.  I’be chatted with them online but they don’t know how to assist.

    And no ‘refund’ button if you click on that order on a computer? My 10c tix I had to send an email to get a refund

    Well it’s weird but TM says I’ve been refunded. Tickets are still in my possession on the app and I cant find a refund. They’ve opened a case. I’m sure they will get right on it!

    Good question but Yes I’m sure. The 10C seat I have are in the lower bowl.  These were bought on F2F.

    Good luck! They can be a pain to deal with. 

    Off topic to your question but this is one of the main reasons that I do not think they will cancel the shows and rather postpone till its safe. What a mess this would be with all of the times the F2F tickets have been passed around.
