Has anyone actually gotten the vinyl? I finally got a shipping estimate from Amazon and it's still going to be a couple of weeks until I get it. I preordered before it came out.

I was a fairly huge SP fan in the mid-90s, but I soon started getting turned-off by Billy's musings.

However, I heard him on the SiriusXM town hall, and he seems to have matured quite a bit.

He's better than he was 10 years ago, but not to dissimilar. Having kids mellowed him out. He basically has a ride or die attitude now. Which is nice because, less complaining.

Well shit.... I'm with ya, for 85 this better be worth it, I think it will be. If this is just the beginning of the process for the archival on vinyl for early SP shows, these prices may get scary moving forward on other shows, hopefully not. Anyways, ordered and excited for this... Thank you for the heads up BOJ

but james is in the band, and was at the time of gish as well. so yeah, even thought I'm familiar with his fragile ego and temperament, i still think it's weird.

Can't justify $70 for 2 lps, no matter what the setlist or how exclusive it is.  Good for anyone who wants it though.

But that’s normal for every new LP being made in 2021. Vinyl production time sucks now.

It’s possible with him living in LA, it makes it difficult. Maybe Jimmy is back every few weeks/months and James isn’t.

Part of me thinks James will sign these.

I know I would.  I ordered the regular version and the shipping cost was also insane.  Still.  It's for sale for one day, I wouldn't of known about it, had it not been for perusing this thread yesterday.  I imagine if I found out about it later down the road, it could end up being pretty hard to obtain a copy.

I pretty much love all things Pumpkins until Adore.   Releasing a '92 live vinyl is pretty sweet.

It’s the first of 2. There is supposed to be another one out later in the year.

This is supposed to be an on going series as well.

It was $70 plus $50 to the UK plus another $10 tax. I thought no way, absolutely not buying this live lp then was about to go to sleep but before I did the crazy part of me went and bought 2. It was the same price to ship 2 as it was 1 plus I got 15% off.

Hopefully it was a wise move. It seems to have gone after the 24hrs and who knows if they will actually do a 2nd pressing with the issues getting stuff pressed, Im sure someone will snap it up.

Huh. Buying 2 kinda seems like a good idea. You can sell the second a few years down the line and hopefully make up the price for both.

I think I buy at least 2 of most things I have to import where the postage is no different or a fraction higher.  Always seems to be buyers who just dont want the hassle of buying from overseas. If I can bring the cost of mine down a little its worth it. I dont deprive others if its not a limited deal like this.

Any updates on Machina. I know the final mixes were turned in and all that was left was the art, but its been quiet on that front? Maybe this Fall?
