Heard it in Quebec City 2016. Probably my favourite highlight of any show from any band that I have ever seen at a live concert.

In 2018 they played this 8 times and I was lucky to see it 4 of those. I hope in 2021 they keep that number up and the crowd gets into this song and sings it loud!

They started doing it right after my last show in 2018 (Prague) and pretty much played it for the rest of the year.

Thanks! I’ve said a few times that I’m definitely going to get emotional whenever I get to a show again; an It’s OK tag might really destroy me.

Thanks for posting this. This is one of my all time favorite PJ moments even though I wasnt there that night. That version is perfect.  This post also had me go back and replay all of Touring Band 2000. Forgot how great it was/is.

also agree with the post above. The next real PJ show I get too is going to be so incredibly emotional. Like reconnecting with a long lost friend. No matter how long it takes it will be incredible. Getting goose bumps just imaging the first note if the first song at the next show I get too.

We made a PJ party every year in my town..couple years ago, in one of those parties, there was an old guy sitting on the bar and singing every song we played..during Daughter(Jones beach version), he starts to cry..we approach him and ask him whats going on..
he was in that show and he was lost his good friend days before the show..rest of the night he tell us stories from those days..
    chills..

That's a great version for sure! I'm still searching for that 2000 show where Daughter was tagged with Sly & The Family Stone's Thank You (Falletinme Be Mice Elf Agin). Can anybody help me out here?

The Virginia Beach 2000 version is very touching (was the first show following Roskilde).
This was my first show.  Was already a die hard fan, got tickets for my high school graduation, had no idea what to expect given the circumstances, and it stands as one of my favorite shows.

This one is better. Probably the best version they've done

I've listened to both of these version so many times and for personal reasons Jones is my go-to (and I would argue a better vocal, a bit more focused and slightly more enthusiastic crowd, of which I was a member!! / 4th PJ show) but that Virginia Beach performance (and the great YT clip) is just so raw and emotional.  You can almost see Ed break down as he is introducing it.  Seriously powerful stuff.  The more recent versions (I've been fortunate to a see a few) are also amazing but man, these 2000 version are just straight up legendary.  Agree with @gregoryield - my favorite PJ moment.  The crowd eruption / sonic boom at MSG II / 2010 after Better Man intro pretty indescribable as well.  Best band ever.

I was at this one and that moment gets me choked up every time. I was so happy that it was later included in TB so we could relive the magic. Go damn...20 years ago now. How the fuck did that happen?

It's my favorite thing that they do and there are so many amazing versions of it.

I was at the 2000 Jones Beach show. It was amazing. But I agree that the Virginia Beach version of It's Ok was incredible. I have that version in my collection.
