    Okay so I went a little overboard this week. We went to IKEA in Conshohocken And I found this place that’s famous for their “Tiger Steak” which is beef, chicken, bacon, and American cheese all mixed together. It was really fucking good. Also, I’d never had bacon on a cheesesteak before this week and now I’ve had it on 3 in the last 5 days 😂.

    You're missing out. A real thin layer on the bun for a burger is great. You can still put ketchup and mustard on it too

    I prefer horsey sauce on my cheese steaks, mayo+horseradish
