This is something I never heard or read about before and what the crux of my argument is. I have no idea where your tangents are coming from or have to do with my initial thoughts? So please fell free to comment with something relevant to my comment.

A reason for the police being called is what started it, the end result was due to terrible practice by the cops that responded. I refuse to watch the video because to me it is pretty disturbing to voluntarily witness someones life being taken, but I can read and have seen screen shots of what there is no denying as being unwarranted force. I remember seeing you post that this occurred close to home for you.
