Everytime i go i offer, he usually turns it down, but not lately, i try. Thinking of getting him a mal for his sixtieth later this year, if i can organise a couple of his mates and stuff to put in 50 bucks it will cover it easily.

Well....just paid the friggen customs duties  another $315.83 :(

So I asked if this is now everything needed and will it finally be delivered??? YES!!! (clap) I asked when and was told.....maybe by this Friday, if not next week. WTF!!?? are they going to surf it over from Sydney?

I remember having a tonne of fun on a plank when I was a teenager *sigh* memories (of a LONG time ago  ) I actually found it easier to use than a standard board.....is that normal??

Yeah, they are alot easier, cause of the size they are alot more stable and alot more bouyant so they are easier to paddle as well, thats why it would be good for dad, he would be able to get on the wave earlier giving him more time to stand up. :D

    OK...makes sense :)

Great idea Sam! If it makes it easier on him and he's able to have a better surf, he might be more incline to join you more often. Would be so good for his health too.
Are they easy to get these days or will you need to order one? Make sure you get it organized in time :)

    Mornin Brendan :)

    Hows things?

Saw this, this morning and thought of you...hehe :D

    http://www.dealsdirect.com.au/p/fit-chair-revolutionary-gym-ball-chair/

Thats what I need. My printer/fax is about a metre away so I usually just roll my chair back, grab and push back off the table. The amount of times Ive been on the ball (thinking it was the chair) and nearly come a cropper is mind boggling
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

    LMAO!!! :D
Yeah when I first saw it I cracked up and thought "What ever next? " but then when I had a read, I'm actually thinking of getting one myself. I spend sooooo much time at my desk and always START sitting with good posture, but it doesn't take long before I'm either slumped over or sitting on my foot....it's bad :( I've checked out soo many chairs, and none of them would really stop my bad habits....but I reckon that ball chair would be pretty good??

Was it that program on VH1 where they created a 'supergroup'
Jason Bonham was the only normal one out of all of them

She'll just look at him stupidly and tell him that that's what tutorials are for.
He'd be better off just asking her out

It would have been cheaper if you snapped it in half, then once you get it take it to the repair shop and get em to fix it up for you. :D

I would be so pissed if it was snapped....:(

Oh Suz....pissed of would be an understatement!!!
It's ended up costing me JUST under $3,000.00 for this board and at the end of the day the fact that it's insured means bugger all when it's irreplacable!

I'm sure it'll be fine though :o I ended up paying US$75 to a surf shop in Honalulu to pack it properly, so I would assume it's safe

Have just had an update and UPS should be getting it to me on the 7th :( Gonna be a long week, waiting - I won't be settled until it's safe in my hands.

Three grand??? Does it come with a jetski too or at least a world champion certificate
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

WOW just listening to Avo and realised how slow it is compared to live versions.

Also forgot how good a song Marker In the Sand is. Now give us some more of that sorta stuff on the new album due in October

Yeah! I went to bed listening to it the other night and was thinking exactly the same thing.
Was also thinking the same about Marker when I had the Perth boot on in the car on the weekend.

I listen to boot's more than everything and get so used to those versions.....then when I listen to the actual albums, so many of the songs sound so slow ...AND, I always sing the different/wrong lyrics that Ed's used at the concerts and get it wrong haha :D
