it sounds crazy. But does anyone have experience in returning tickets to Ten Club? I know what the rules are, since unfortunately I read them too late in my enthusiasm to order my first order as a 10C member. I have been trying to email 10C for a few weeks, but so far I have not even received a single response, quite rude if you ask me.

I still have not received any response from the 10C. what am I doing wrong? I send the mails 100% sure to the right address, but so far no response back? Does anybody have experience with this?
    Hi. Have you tired tickets@tenclub.net?

here is what they sent to me:

Please know we currently do not have inventory to accommodate your request. However, we can make a note to swap your GA tickets for a pair of Reserved seats if any become available.

This would be from another member who can no longer attend the show and wishes to gift their Reserved seated tickets back to the Ten Club. We may not hear about this possibility until closer to the start of the tour.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I have asked to swap GA for seats for Vienna. So it looks like you can give your tickets back for nothing in return.

With sporting and live events being cancelled or postponed all over the world. I'm starting to fear coronavirus will affect this tour...

I am not worried at all. The start of the tour is 4 months away. Things happening today and 4 months from now are very different imo.

I'm not worried about the Euro Tour either. According to media reports, it may well be that the virus has weakened by then or even disappears due to the warm temperatures in summer ...
The corona virus dies from spring

The weather is somewhat related to the virus.

    What experts say about it:
The weather experts of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) predict a very warm and dry spring this year, so the virus could possibly have problems.
“Viruses are more stable at low temperatures. Similar to foods that have the longest shelf life in the refrigerator, ”explained Prof. Dr. Thomas Pietschmann from the Helmholtz Center for Infection Research in Braunschweig.
The Robert Koch Institute also said that cold temperatures favor infection. The colder and drier, the better the viruses survive. The higher the temperatures, the lower the chances of viruses surviving.

Dominik Jung, qualified meteorologist from the Q.met weather service
“The first summer days with top values around 25 degrees could be very early. The first heat days with maximum values close to the 30-degree mark should already be in May. Germany has a very warm, almost early summer spring in the house. According to these dates, summer makes a real early start! ”

"The coronavirus is surrounded by a lipid layer, ie a layer of fat," said virologist Pietschmann. This fat layer is only slightly heat-resistant, so that the virus does not survive long with rising temperatures. Warm weather also reduces the ability of the virus to spread. Droplets that contain the virus also become heavier at high humidity and temperature. This shortens the duration and distance you can spend in the air. (boostyourcity.de)

    I hope they`re right!!!!

Even though its months away there seems an inevitability about the European leg. If they do cancel it, its not going to be a surprise. This was going to be a once in a lifetime thing for me, cant just jump on a plane at any time of the year if they reschedule it unfortunately. These things happen and I know PJ will make the correct call.

According to reports, we’re going to be peaking in the UK in 2 weeks time. I think at that time the country will basically shut down like the state Italy is in right now. Hopefully numbers will start going down shortly after and things will calm down a bit. Things should have improved a lot by June / July. Just my thoughts but I’m not expert.

Can't see the tour happening. Yesterday our government announced that all indoor events with more than 100 people are canceled. Same with outdoor events over 500 people. Now we are waiting for the next announcement which will be the closing of all schools in Austria.

I was not worried at all for Canada to be cancelled but here we are. Hopefully Europe is good after the lockdown methods they are trying and things can get straightened out over there. There is over 100 days to go for the tour.

Remember we're a long way from the Euro tour, and they're not going to postpone now. I think the restrictions and the very warm spring and early summer will even out the virus...of course I'm also worried but I'll wait a couple of months and see how the virus situation is in the middle of May.

I'm resigned to the fact that I am completely fucked, and that this non-trip, non-tour is gonna cost me like $2k.
