LMAO!!! and if the Jets don't win

    *runs*

    *really fast*

I'd sit there and cop the humiliation. I'd be the one stupid enough to go there so I'd have to receive the dues owing to me

I am. But there's a money issue. I plan on moving to the UK next year and I've heard I might need like 5 grand in my kitty if I'm to be allowed in the country. I'm not totally sure if this is the case, but I definitely can't go if it is.

I'd be seriously stretching my means if I went. Needing to have some kind of savings when I move just rules that out outright.
yeah what oz jammer said below.. you need proof you wont need to sponge off their gov... i think it's more than 5 grand...

5 grand converted into pounds might get you a happy meal at macca's over there :p

If ever you've watched border security... you just might be the unlucky one that gets interrogated upon landing and if you can't prove funds you'll get turned around.. i was worried about this when i went... but they didn't take long stamping me thru.... then i was off to bludge from the queen ;) kidding!

oh and they didn't check my bank statement at the gate :p
i think they wouldnt have issued me the visa if i didn't have the proof of my funds... working holiday one...

I'll agree with that.....I try not to buy clothes that need ironing.....I can just stick them in the dryer then until they're hot and then lay them out flat ;)
and it makes the ones that need ironing, easier to iron too.

I don't mind any housework too much......except ironing and washing dishes!!!
