yea yea bladda bla - and you have to keep it up and you only start burning fat after 30mins non stop

i do run/jog alternates - and walk about 8 - 9 ks a day plus do weights at home and a torture weight session at the gym twice a week, and one of boxing too

is that enough mr personal trainer??

now behave and get back on the bed

Good girl. Respect for boxing - thats high intensity. Cant get much more full on.

Someones head at the ATO is gonna roll today. Im still chasing up a simple matter for a client that has been going on for 2 months, 12 phone calls, 9 different staff members and the useless fucks STILL cannot get it right. Monkeys!
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

    You go girl!!! That's excellent!

Speaking of 'bed'....that's s'posed to be a good workout.

I went looking on the net for some useful info for Stuart, before.....(to help him find his clitrus ;) ) and got a little sidetracked with some other sites that came in the search. My heart rate was up for a while....does that count, Brendan? ;):p

Bet your gut feels good after that. Just missed on the 15 th each time and extend a little more. If they hit the ground you get an extra 5 seconds to suck in a few deep ones. Im honestly scared to do a boxercise class.

    Today
Push up, spring up to bars (7ft) into chin up, drop, squat, back to push up x 10 - takes just under 2 mins
    8 sets - 90 second breaks.

I was broken. Never hurt so much in my life seriously. Thought I was done. Nope 8 mins to go......4 x 12 near vert pushups

Dont ever train with trainers when you are not paying them

His fever keeps going up and down and he's barely conscious.

They said that if he goes into cardiac arrest they're not going to bother to resuscitate.

Don't give up hope, hun. From what you've said about him in the past, he sounds like a tough old stick :) My Gran pulled through pneumonia at the age of 94 and lived for a few years after that......so try to keep positive.

Remember we're all here if you need an ear/s.

((huge hugs)) coming your way.....step out on your Porch and catch them :)
