Out of interest....I moved the thermometer and hung it from the kids swing set and it's now on 46*
No wonder I feel so BLEHK!

maybe one of the kids went for a swing, and sat on it.

i'd check, they could have a fever.

Sounds like fun. Maybe you should have joined them today. :D
LOL! Nah....was up there last weekend. If I could be bothered driving anywhere in this heat....it'd be to the beach. I'm thinking, if the Westerlies aren't too bad later this evening...I might take the kids to the beach.

No.....it's hanging off the side of it.....and the kids are all flaked out under one of the air con outlets, watching telly :D

It's no hotter than it has been most of Summer.....but I think because the nights aren't cooling down much, ya don't get that break from it, so it just seems so much hotter than usual.

Thanks luv! Hopefully we'll get a swim in tomorrow at the beach.
Sounds nice :) Have you taken the dogs to the beach for a swim yet?

Dogs aren't allowed on most beaches in Sydney. Also I don't think they know how to swim.

LOL.......Back in about Sept we went for a walk along our beach and we got to the end and theres a river there........
Phoebe picked up a handful of sand and threw into the river and Tilly mustve thought it was a ball cos she dived in .....she hadnt been swimming b4...she swam back to the edge and climbed out.....
Thank god the tide wasnt going out or else she wouldve been sucked out to sea...Just after Phoebe was born 3 swimmers got sucked out and drowned..:(
Its pretty dangerous if u dont know...
My brother in law threw their pup into their pool and it nearly drowned... pups cant swim......u have to wait so long b4 u put them into water...

I've never ever given a shit about Australia Day. None of my family does really. Did anyone grow up actually "celebrating" Australia Day?

Our Boxer, Jamie Lee, died on Australia Day 2004. Now it's just the anniversary of her death.

Yes......I got an SMS from her the other day, saying she won't be online for a little while. She needs to rest. She's been having some complications with the infection and medication. They've now changed her medication. I didn't contact her until today (I didn't want to bug her, when she's meant to be resting) and she said her foot is a little better, but she's pretty much just sleeping all day.

I couldn't be bothered going to see them in 03. I can't justify going to see a band on the back of just 1 album (this was before they played Rage & Soundgarden songs at shows)
I can't stand knowing what songs are gonna be played before I even step into the venue.

The only time I've broken my own rule was when I saw Bernard Fanning on his solo tour, and the only time I'd do it again is if Ed does a solo tour
i saw Burning Fanny solo! was good :)

    But what for???

To play some REAL games. The Wii is awesome but I miss games like Halo and Grand Theft Auto

i suggest you look into getting either the 20 gig hard drive or the 120gb hard drive for your 360.

with game saves and downloadable content like map packs for halo and such you will more then easily fill the memory card.

also highly recommend gears of war. also if you want to play online you'll need a gamertag and to subscribe to xbox live which is like $70 a year, can you play the wii online for free???

you can get a free silver account which allows you to download games from the arcade and all the other downloadable stuff like maps packs and other content, songs for guitar hero ect. but you won't be able to play against other people online.

nice purchase too, if you do sign up for xbox live let me know your gamertag and i'll send you a friends request.
