Last nights episode pretty damn good

    haha that cooky old man
For a show that is 20 years old now, the entertainment value is fucking incredible.

I was a little worried after the first five minutes because it just seemed like they were trying to do too much and he just seemed like an angry old man being rude to people....but damn. Might've ended up as a top fiver when it was finished. Fantastic episode.

yeah i thought it was great. larry was exceptionally pissed off the first few minutes though. it kind of made me not like him as much, as he usually tries to at least be nice, no matter how impossible it is for him.

leon is great as usual. love the "lampin" chain he was rocking.

That was some funny stuff.  Opening his own coffee shop next to Mocha Joe out of spite is Larry at his best!

Follows up an all time classic with possibly the worst episode of Curb ever. That was pretty terrible last night.

Uhhhh yeah that was pretty rough last night.  A few funny parts but overall it was a giant step down from the season opener.

larry's brother is my least favorite character in the series. i like mocha joe better than him.

Larry has a brother?    Who plays him?  I know he has the cousin Richard Kind.  I haven't seen the last two seasons.

First episode was surprisingly one of their best. The last three were...dare I say.....garbage. Cringe worthy at times.

He's back to just being a hyper aggressive angry old man. The show was better when his humor was more subtle. Now he just laughs at people and yells at them.

Curb-related:   did anyone see Al Pacino at the Oscars?....he looks just like Richard Lewis!

It kills me to see this thread keep coming to the top of my "participated" threads because I haven't had a chance to watch any of the new season yet. I've been avoiding spoilers (thankfully the post just above this is about Al Pacino looking like Lewis and not the show). The only clip I've seen is Larry about to get beat up by a biker, and throwing on a MAGA hat to show the biker that they're one-in-the-same.

I wouldn't call them garbage but they definitely haven't lived up to that first episode.  It may not be what it once was but it's still one of the funniest shows out there and I'm glad it's still around.
