    For those of you who got through:

    1. What format were you listening on and when did you dial?
    2. How many times did you dial before they picked up?
    3. On the call when they picked up, did it ring immediately or did you get several seconds of silence first (trying to figure out when to hang up and try again)?

    When the guy started asking for name and eligibility questions, I thought he was talking to me so I was answering them and after a few questions, I heard you. FWIW, my line never rang. It just went from dead air to all the sudden Andrew on the other line.

    I called as soon as I saw the post (phone reads 12:29) and then on 3rd attempt it didn't go busy, didn't ring either and then I spoke to someone at Sirius, he took my info and I started freaking out.  Whole thing surreal.
