True, but with Spotify (at least) you can temporarily download any album or playlist so that you can listen without using data when you're off wifi.HesCalledDyer said:

With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
In Canada, an unlimited data plan will run you around $75/month. People in a lot of countries definitely still worry about data!tempo_n_groove said:

Indeed. Maybe you can clarify as I'm not sure, but I think this option may only be for Premium subscribers? I've only ever used Spotify when Premium is 99 cents for 3 months.PJ_Soul said:

It can, but I know with Apple Music, you can download heaps of songs onto your phone for use when out of WIFI use. I think it's like 2000 songs at a time that can be stored. I'm pretty sure Spotify is similarThoughts_Arrive said:Thank you.Does it use up your phone data?I'll ride the wave where it takes me

It's great to know you can temporarily download. I think some mobile phone plans here include free streaming when using data. I'll ask my provider.

To me she is the evolution of Radiohead and a regular pop artist. Which is fitting because apparently Thom Yorke is a huge fan. It shouldn't work but it does. On top of that you’ve got these big sounds in the background but a lot of it was recorded in her parents house. Crazy.pearljammr78 said:Can someone please break the code for me on Billie Eilish. She was a good guest on Howard Stern. But I have tried to get into her music and I just don’t see the hype. She always seems to be singing without putting in any effort. Like she never belts anything out. It’s more like a mumble whisper type singing. It’s sorta catchy but nothing like a Taylor Swift song. I just don’t get it but I wish her nothing but success.0 -
I have Apple Music and I have 44.66 GB of music downloaded on my phone. I love Apple Music. I use it at work everyday and it really gets me through the day. Plus if someone recommends something I can download it and check it out. The stuff I really like I buy on vinyl. I don’t have one thing in my house or car that would play a cd. Apple Music just is a bill that we pay month to month without debating over. 15 bucks a month for my family and I to have unlimited music is well worth it.Peace,Love and Pearl Jam.0

I don’t hear anything close to Radiohead in her music. I think it’s her whisper singing on every song that just doesn’t click for me. I like the roller coaster that a singer can take you on with their vocals. Her singing is like a monotone teacher giving a lecture on the greenness of lettuce. The music is catchy and I like her attitude. Like I said, I’ve tried but it doesn’t catch my ear. Maybe I just need to get super baked and listen with green ears.cp3iverson said:

Well it may never click but at least you’re giving her a fair shake.Music needed her. Im glad theres an 18 yr old massively popular singer who blends all these genres and doesn't dress like a slut. The creativity is nice to follow. Gives me hope for the future of music lol.0

I agree 100% with what you said right here.cp3iverson said:Well it may never click but at least you’re giving her a fair shake.Music needed her. What does how she dresses have to do with anything?0
-
I think they mean that it’s nice to see her get fame on the merits of her art not the size of her chest and butt. Sex sells a lot of shitty music. If I’m speaking out of place, I apologize sincerely.Peace,Love and Pearl Jam.0

@cp3iverson check out her entire interview on the Howard Stern show. Fantastic interview with her and her brother. And then later on with her parents.Peace,Love and Pearl Jam.0

I just think all the other points are stronger (and correct).0
