    I've seen them play 2:40 with no opener and the same or longer with an opener. Just depends on the night.

    Just recently got into Idles and they are pretty impressive. They seem to have a modest and yet rabid following. To me, they sound like an 80's UK hardcore singer got together with an art rock/post rock band and decided to make a wonderful racket. I also like their positive message. The music sounds more like they should be singing about booting someone's head in, which makes it a surprising contrast.
    I'm still hoping for no openers for the U.S. shows.

    As with other openers that PJ have selected, there will be those that take it as an opportunity to see what the band see in them... and those that will write them off and take in a few extra beers instead. If Idles open any NA shows I will be doing both :)

    Just saw White Reaper last night. Good lord that was amazing. Crowd was fuckin’ insane. Europe, you are in for a treat

    I couldn’t get into White Reaper. Too poppy for me. 

    I like openers for shows. Just a little variety for the night. But if it’s a shorter PJ show then no opener for me. I’m there for the meal not the appetizer.
