    Cool. I drink peppermint if i have a tummy ache. Seems to help.
    I have Rooibos as well. It doesn't calm me but.
    Earl Grey I don't mind.
    I have decaffeinated green tea at night and it makes me feel relaxed.

    Do you make this yourself @stargirl69 with fresh lemon and ginger? It's supposed to be excellent for reducing bloating and belly fat.  I'm currently drinking camomile tea.
