Medinah is too easy for these guys with soft conditions. They’re going right at every pin, hence the scores.
There isn’t a course in the country that isn’t too easy for them with soft conditions

That’s very true. Tomorrow might be even softer. More rain expected.

Yeah.  The U.S. Open courses would play this way too if they weren’t setup to be super difficult and there was rain.

Had a group behind us this morning drive up to us in the fairway and tell us we needed to pick up the pace or they'd call the marshal... we were a foursome and were in the fairway on #7 an hour into our round. Haha

Almost resulted in a fight. People are ridiculous sometimes.

Yikes. Pacing for less than 3 hours and being told to pick it up is ridiculous. I would have told them to piss off.

I would have put a tee in the ground and hit one right back at them

That's what I said to one of the guys in our group haha. We finished the round in 3 hours and 15 mins which included a 5 min stop at the clubhouse after 9.

Oh my god. Dude 4 putts to end it.

3 years in a row I am cheering for the guy that loses.

The best part of winning this...he gets to play with tiger woods in the masters.

Yeah. 50 on the front but rallied for a 44 on the back 9, including a par on 18 which is a fucking monster of a par 5. Actually should've birdied it but  the face of my pitching wedge came flying off during the round and I was between clubs on my approach shot. So I hit a 9 flush about 15 yards past the green. Nice up and down but if I had my pitch......oh well. Gotta get it fixed.

     I'll take a 94 after a 3 week layoff.

I never get mad if I flush a shot long.  Breaking a 100 after a layoff with an injury is pretty, pretty good.

If this was the Ryder Cup it would be a terrible mistake.  But since the Presidents Cup isn't competitive it makes sense from a ratings/promotion aspect.

Great day at Medinah yesterday.  Such a beautiful course.  Everything was great except all of the Tiger bros.  What a complete circus....grown men running around and jumping up and down acting like complete assholes.  It's a pretty sad scene.  Followed the Koepka/Rory/Reed group for a few holes on the back 9...it's amazing to watch these guys do it in person.

See????? This is what I’m saying.

    Tiger bros.

Been a month since I have golfed.  The best three week or so stretch of weather too and not one swing.  Work sucks.

That’s the worst. I’ve been there. Work has been kicking my ass too, but luckily I’ve been getting out on the weekends.  Playing once a week on average is about the best I can do these days. Hoping to get a solid 2 more months of play in the Midwest.
