    They are in the same lane,  so you would think they would try to distinguish themselves.  Maybe they are so close ideologically,  that any counter would be self inflicted wound.  
    I do think Benjs is on it,  where they promised to be positive, and then the VP is the consolation.  Who knows.  But I don't think either of them can win the nomination if they both stay too long.  

    I think Tulsi is angling for VP though,  and is hitching to Biden.
