    Looking to trade for picks before I sell:
    Interested in Jeff->Ed->Matt->Mike picks. I like the Ed Batgirl...
    I have all Jeff's from this mystery box round. Zippo is slightly used, like filled once and lit a couple times.

    Can anybody help me? What is the story with the blue Jeff pick, I thought I read somewhere on the forum about this being No Code era, pretty rare, but now I can't find or remember where I read that. Lol! I got one in my 1st mystery box, and it actually looks old, used, maybe dirty, or maybe thats just the way picks look, not an expert in picks at all here!

    ^^^I'm no expert but have some picks. Idk era, but unused picks can get like a chalky look to them especially if you handle them too much. When they are used there is most likely some obvious edge wear. I put my picks in a frame or small zip bag, mark where I got it from and any other info so when I'm gone they are less likely to get dumped in the trash...my first pick is a stone lucky lucas I caught at msg 2003 after evenflow. I used to strum my guitar with that one! Now it's shoved in a frame.
    Any jeff picks are pretty hard to get so enjoy yours! It's awesome!!!

    Thanks for the advise and cool story! I almost had one of Mike's he threw out in Denver 2014, but event staff stopped me from stepping out in the aisle and pocketed it for himself! I will surely cherish this one and make sure to care for it well!

    Just  shows how many 10c members have these on ebay for over the  top.  I dislike  that. I hope my box is kind as i am not willing  to pay for someone elses box for one pick. Sometimes people play the game . Some times people  are kind.

    As someone who's been there, sometimes you're "kind" and then someone has a "life event" sale a year later and makes a healthy profit.

    All this stuff has a market value. That intense impulse you're feeling to have stuff is what drives the market. Stepping away from the stuff is more honorable than getting upset with people for participating in a market you're helping to create.

    Also to clarify, I don't have Jeff picks for trade, just have the blue, more/less and train from this round of mystery boxes already :)
