Not the ideal way for a game 5 to end. I’m going to obviously disagree that Sundqvist is dirtier than Marchand. Not only am I, but I’m thinking anyone who follows hockey would say the same thing.
Obviously emotions are running high. Maybe Boston should see how the Blues responded after the hand pass goal in the SJ series? We kicked them in the god damn mouth the rest of the series. It sucks that it was a deciding goal though.
Just win it Sunday.  Blown calls are a way of life in the NHL.  The Bruins have benefitted from blown calls,  I am impressed with how well St.  Louis has responded after the 7-2 drubbing.
Love the “blown calls” is the way of the game. Just can’t be honest. Bunghole taint. Stinky St. Louis. Enjoy the drought for if you’re honest, you smell the taint.

LMFAO...A Boston sports fan complaining about another team getting a break.  Boston got a couple of breaks in their game 1 win.

And until the Patriots won the SB...Boston sports was as irrelevant as sports teams can be.

Pretty sure Halifax can respond for himself...or are you his protector.

Those are the facts blown calls are a way life in NHL, have been for as long as I remember...

I'll get Don Cherry's coaches corner since you miss him so much.

Unlike you, Don has been a professional hockey player, coach and analyst for over 60 years...and unlike you, he knows his shit...

Coach’s Corner: Chara could’ve protected himself from injury

He even shows young players are to place the stick when blocking shots.  Fascinating.

Break? They was robbed. Enjoy that bunghole taint. Smells fresh. And it’s no different than all those non-New England team sports fans sniveling when their team loses. Funny that, if you’re being honest.

Noel flip floppity flopped like a Euro soccer player acting like a sniper shot him in the shoulder with a .50 cal. and then sat there and watched the Blues get the game winner.  Smart on his part to realize he had to act like he was hurt and go to the locker room.  Not sure how he can look Chara in the eye after that.

NBC kept saying that Bozak swung his leg in to trip him and I just don't see that. It looks like a natural motion of a guy going in for a puck in a tight situation. Noel absolutely embellished it though. Even if it was unintentional, it should have been a call. But it wasn't. Is this where we're supposed to write "taint bunghole?" It seems like the phrase of choice. Bad calls do happen though. I don't like that it had a result on a game even if my team won. Boston needs to come out ready to crack skulls on Sunday. The game is over. Move on.

Its ridiculous to blame the loss on that non-call.  Acciari embellished the thing and flopped around on the ice.  They still had opportunity to make a play and Rask could have made the save.... the Bruins also scored 1 goal in 60 minutes, and 3 goals in the last 120 minutes.

The clowns on OLN/Versus/NBC didnt help things by unprofessionally crying about the non-call to no end, making it an even bigger deal and triggering yet another ridiculous "coaches challenge" conversation.

And I want Boston to win

The guys on CBC said it was a missed call...but they didn't carry on like it was the worst thing to ever happen.  They also said for the Blues to keep your sticks down...a few minutes later they were getting a penalty and Boston got the goal.

St. Louis gets better the longer the series.

I would be interested in what the refs saw or were thinking.  It looked more like incidental contact that should have been called, the way he went down was embellished, and I wonder if that's why the no call...now I do not know about NBC, but the analyst on CBC have been pointing out all the embellishment that Boston has been doing.

You are one win away.  Get tickets for Sunday.  I heard it here, if you win, you go back to irrelevance...or maybe you win another one, like LA did when they broke their cup drought.

I think this is their one shot so you have to take advantage of it now.  would be devastating to get this close to your 1st Cup and blow it now.  I still think this is going 7 though.

and that was definitely a penalty.  at first site during the live play i thought the Boston guy was off balance and fell because of that but doesn't seem to be the case.  he definitely hits his leg and moves forward.  that has to be a penalty call.

Agreed.  Was definitely a missed call but can't blame the whole game on 1 missed penalty.

I think one thing everyone can agree on is that the officiating during this postseason has been wildly inconsistent across the board.  Not sure what the NHL does about this but there has been way too much talk about missed calls during this postseason.  Not what you want fans to be focusing on.

I imagine someone tried to bury the hatchet and went and got Neely four boilermakers after he threw that water bottle to try to pacify him.

I want a game 7.  Everyone (except Blues fans or Bruins haters) should want one too.  Nothing more exciting in sports.  OT game 7 is probably too much to ask for?
Hope the fucking refs don't taint the OT.
