Hahaha! I was going to post that one, but I thought I should stick with the happier songs.
Happy my brothers gave me tickets for Roxette on my birthday as a joke, a few years back. Last tour with Marie. She was amazing, even though you could tell her cancer had really weakened her. Per and the rest of the band were cheesy in comparison.

This is a classic in its own way, but I don't see it as a go to love song.
I know you guys have posted lots since I started writing this so who knows where this thread has gone, but I'm answering @OffSheGoes35 request for love songs we liked before we knew love.
Just as an aside, you are assuming that I know what love is now. It is possible that I may not actually know what real love is. Just a thought that came to mind so I naturally just typed it down for public consumption.
Now you are youngins if these were your (weird) love songs in middle school. I was pure sap in my go to love songs when I was in grammar school (I didn't go to middle school, Catholic school survivor, valedictorian of my class :ge:get_outta_here:

Those are beautiful songs by BJ & Elton, big tug at the heart. Can’t get any more sappier than Barry and Barbra & Neil (and I’ll admit I just sang along with them tho’☺️).
