    Why not? He's not the GM, but he can absolutely cut players he doesn't want on his team. I'm sure he still has a big say in personnel decisions.

    Why not? He's not the GM, but he can absolutely cut players he doesn't want on his team. I'm sure he still has a big say in personnel decisions. 
    Brett Veach is the GM, but Reid certainly has his input when it comes to personnel.  I'm hearing they're still "authenticating" the tape of him and his fiance.  From what i understand, it's not a matter of if, but when he'll be released by KC.  Roger Goodell needs to follow suit by putting him on the Exempt List.

    What the hell are the Chiefs waiting for???  Hill was a 4th-5th round pick and he's still on his rookie deal so I don't think cutting him is going to have much impact on the salary cap.  Just get rid of this piece of human garbage.

    They're waiting cause it impacts the team's ability to win.
    They cut their #1 RB last year, now they are facing cutting their #1 WR and a weapon as a punt returner.
    If he was a scrub he'd have been cut long ago.

    Nothing to do with cap.
    His dead cap space if he's cut is $17,500.00
    He's on last year of rookie deal with a 70K signing bonus, so only dead cap is 1/4 of that 70K.

    Either way this guy is clearly a horrible human being and the Chiefs should have cut his ass last week solely based on what he said to her.  And if he does keep playing with the Chiefs or someone else, I'll be rooting for him to be stretchered off the field.

    I don't buy it either.  I can't believe she would be dumb enough to text that back to him.  If he's on this team for the 2019 season, I will not be supporting the Chiefs.

    Hill's lawyer confirmed it was him and Espinal on the tape.  I'm not sure what the Chiefs are waiting for.
