Dave Matthews Band

He’s entertaining himself and the band on stage. His quips are ‘inside jokes’ more often than not.

Watch the expressions of the band when he says his stuff. They’re all laughing. 

He’s kooky. But he’s awesome. He’s a humble superstar of rock in my opinion.

Completely agree,  but I still don't understand it.  Especially when he speaks in "scat".

A lot of times I have to ask the wife what he said. Many times she didn't understand either. I don't know if scat is meant to be understood lol.

Outside of the classics... "Thank you very much" and the "Are y'all havin' a good time"... he blurts some pretty funny things. He says random 'dumb' things like, "This song is about a smoothie" (which it isn't, but draws a laugh from the band for some inside reason).

I've never seen him ramble.

I recently was in the Sixers lockerroom for something in the Wells Fargo center. The attendant also works the locker room for concerts and commented on my PJ shirt saying Ed is a nice guy. Unprompted, he then said Dave is the nicest star he has ever met, also mentioned that he isn’t even a fan of his music. 

Cool that a totally unbiased opinion felt he was as nice they get. Nice to hear that stuff. 

I can deal with Dave's weirdness for a few seconds a lot easier then one of Ed's 5 minutes of rambling in between songs.

That was so much fun to watch. Carter was smiling the entire time and that trombone player is my favorite. Great version of that song!

**My download failed immediately and now it can't be restarted.  It is telling me my limit has been exceeded.  Does anyone have the FLAC version they are willing to share?  I really would prefer not to deal with customer service.  Lots of people having this issue so it's going to take some time to resolve.  Thanks in advance.

Anyone receive Rhino's Choice on vinyl yet?  I got my rose color one yesterday.  It sounds excellent.  Only got a chance to hear side one, but a really cool version of Raven, awesome intro.  

Mine was backordered. I just found it today at a Target tho. So, I cancelled my backordered one. Then, I spin it, and 75% of Here On Out has a click on the vinyl. I cleaned and still same result. 

I immediately reordered another one online to see if I’ll get it, then I’ll return the faulty one. Unfortunately I got the last one in the store or I’d take it back. Pretty bummed.

I have the same click.  I planned on cleaning it today in the Okki but now you're hearing the same so I doubt I will see a difference.  Did you get the rose or the black?

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! That ruins all my hopes and dreams (of getting a new one)!!!!! I have the rose, I didn’t realize there was a blck. What do you have? Is that the only faulty song?
