    Berlin on 30.06. would be amazing, cause it‘s the only day I can make that weekend. Can‘t wait for the announcement.

    As was stated a few posts up, Electric Picnic is too late in the year for Ed, unless he takes a month long holiday with his crew in Ireland. Plus Picnic isn't new, it's been hopelessly sold out for years now. It's become a proper corporate machine of a festival.

    Reckon if Ireland is indeed on the itinerary, it'll be a one off show somewhere.
    In addition to Electric Picnic, they will also announce a completely new festival: "...announce initial details of a brand new festival taking place this summer."

    Pinkpop listing all the bands one by one on the live stream now. Friday just announced. Mumford & Sons headlining. Saturday and Sunday still to come  (edit: it is actually saturday to monday)

    That's the "late" festival, no details of the newer festival yet.

    Pinkpop sure knows how to milk the announcement for all its worth. Now just video clips of their long history (but there's eddie jumping from the camera crane at least)

    Oops, I've been talking about wrong days the whole time, it is Saturday, Sunday, Monday.  Anyway, Monday is still to be announced
