    PJ30 and the rumor thread for shows that aren’t happening this year have more traction than this right now.

    Call it what you will but for those with families and vacation plans, giving up on this tour within the given time-frame is far from being ludicrous. Of course there will be people with deep pockets or just different priorities in life and that's fine.
    I just hope they are reasonable enough not to expect sold-out big arena concerts when they announce it two months prior...

    Whatever happens I’m just glad I got the 2 Italian shows to look forward to, I was going to wait at first to see what else was announced..managed to get pit tickets for Florence too so it’s a double bonus

    Hey everyone, I have been following this thread closely and thought I'd throw something in the mix now that the announcement seems imminent. I saw an interesting comment on a German forum today mentioning the Austrian ticket vendor oeticket.com. I checked it out and they are teasing Eddie in their ticket alert section. No further details so far but that can't be a coincidence.

    Usually the "ticket alarms" are no coincidence, but there have been cases otherwise. Eddie has never performed in Austria before (solo), so most likely they have recently added his info to their system for some reason.

    I would see that only as a confirmation of an announcement to happen soon and not link it to a show in Austria. (but I would love it to be different :) )

    oeticket.com often lists (only) tickets for shows in Germany.

    Usually it's only for concerts in locations relatively close to Austria (Munich) and not Berlin like the current rumors suggest, but still out of personal experience I have no high hopes for an Austrian show just out of the ticket alert thing.

    That's why I as so surprised but yes it could simply hint towards the German gig. Anyways, we'll know more soon.

    Or it could be that the Italian shows have triggered the alarm, they are all Eventim-related companies.
