My latest indulgence... Roadworn Tele. Still have a couple upgrades I wanna do to it. Saddles, pickguard and pups. Got it for a great price though and she plays like a beaut.

Awesome! I love the Road Worns. The “Relic” thing isn’t normally appealing to me, but these are such great guitars and are unique, spec-wise. A RW 50’s Strat is near the top of my go-get list. Enjoy yours!

Nice collection. Did you do the pickup swaps on the LP and Strat yourself? That LP looks great with those zebra coils.

Also, those Squier Bass XI's are a lot of fun to play!

Thanks! Yes I did the swaps on both guitars. The strat is actually the first guitar I ever owned. My parents bought it for me in 1996 for my birthday. I originally put in 3 lace sensors around 2000 or 2001 and the Duncan pickup in the neck position went in around 2002 or 2003 I believe. The Les Paul pickups were made to my specific specs by the good folks at Seymour Duncan. They are a hand wound JB/Jazz combo that work really well together. I also dig the Gibson p90's in the Gary Clark Jr. signature Epiphone Casino. Yeah the bass is pretty interesting. I like it because it is a cool and easy to use studio tool for a guitar player to add some bass/low end to a mix. It is also fun to strum chords on.

I don't know if this belongs in here but I wanted to share this. These are hand carved, custom guitar picks made by a friend of mine. One is Black Walnut, One is Yew Bush and the other is Smokey Bush.

Thanks! I am loving the Koa! First Taylor and it plays like a dream.
I've wanted to buy a KOA guitar.  Is there a distinct sound difference in it from a regular acoustic?

I find it to be super crisp and bright. I actually went with the one that they had out on display because it had that great “broken in” sound. I definitely think that with these KOA guitars the more you play them the more the sound really pops.

Got a late Fathers Day on Wednesday. Custom Shop Martin OM-28. Went with smaller body since I already have a decent dreadnought. I doubt I’ll ever play anything else. Thing just kills my lower mid grade Alvarez. Plenty of low end for a smaller body and just absolutely stunning mid and high sparkle. Built quality and attention to detail is out of this world.

$3k all cleared. Not bad considering the special order appointments, Ambertone, inlays, herringbone, and Adirondack spruce top.

Fender FSR 60s Hybrid P90 Telecaster MIJ 2019. Pretty limited. Always wanted a Telecaster with the P90 like Eddie so I am stoked to have it. Sounds really great and feels super to play.

Nice!  You'll love the maple fretboard.   The maple fretboard was my main requirement when picking out my first Strat (after of course picking the model).
