Cornell SD Vinyl boxset

I received one in the mail that has damage on the outside packaging and arrived opened. Everything seems to be intact in the boxset. All the vinyl records are sealed. Amazon told me to not bother sending it back.  I would like to get what i paid which is about 525.00 plus shipping. Please CONUS only via paypal.  If you would like pics dm me.

    Amazon is typically really good about refunds - surprised to hear that, but sorry to hear this happened.

    To clarify it was amazon canada. I had to pay return shipping and then their warehouse refused it.  Therefor it was sent back to me.

    Didnt they tell you not to send it back?

    no they said since it was damaged and opened they would not accept it.

    If it arrived open and damaged you should dispute it with your credit card.

    Sometimes that means you get a refund and get to keep the item. Not uncommon with Amazon

    I have had that happen with some items from Amazon, but when the REM boxset came in with damage, they wanted it back.
