    In fairness "close" is an opinion and since it's been going on for two years, another few weeks is "close."  I still have my doubts that it's true, but I hope...
    Except Team Mueller has to receive the transcripts, determine how many charges of perjury or lying to Congress to draw up, make arguments to the grand jury, wait for them to find a determination and then file indictments, if warranted, and allow those to run their course. Would any “reasonable” person categorize that as “close?” Me thinks not but you know, justice for the accused and all.

    I think you intended to cite the NY AGs office because SDNY is part of the US Attorney's Office supervised currently by Matthew Whittaker.

    IMO it will be difficult for the NY AG to have a successful prosecution of a Trump if Mueller passes on indicting anyone in the first crime family of America.

    True, I did. With all the investigations flying around, it’s hard to keep straight everything. Currently, there are three investigative avenues, Team Mueller, SDNY and NYAG. Team Trump Treason should fear all three as they all pose threats in their own way but the NYAG is the one he can’t pardon from. That said, I can see SDNY “advising” NYAG on where to look.

    It was in the context of what they seized and how both sides requested a gag on the evidence once shared. He’s got much bigger things to be worried about as his grand jury is still seated. Roger Dodger Stoned could be facing much more serious charges. Maybe he should have had a couple of pit bulls or Rottweilers?
